What kinds of rentals do you offer?
We provide a wide variety of inflatable and party rentals including bounce houses, wet and dry slides, combo units, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables, games, concessions (cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn), tables, chairs, and more.
Are your rentals clean and safe?
Yes. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned using commercial-grade vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and fully inspected before delivery to ensure a safe and sanitary experience for your guests.
What types of events are your inflatables suitable for?
Our rentals are perfect for birthday parties, backyard gatherings, school field days, church events, company picnics, community festivals, and more.
No. All of our inflatables are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. Safety is always our top priority.
Can I use water on any inflatable?
Water should only be used on units specifically designed for water use, such as wet slides. If you’re unsure, please ask before using water on any unit.
Where can inflatables be set up?
Inflatables can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with proper anchoring using sandbags. Please let us know the surface type when booking.
Please note as of May 1st 2026 we have begun charging a surcharge for deliveries on any terrain other than grass due to insurance requirements.
What should the setup area be like?
The setup area should be flat and free of rocks, sticks, pet waste, and debris. There should be no exposed sprinkler heads and at least two feet of clearance around the unit.
What is your weather policy?
We do not issue full or partial refunds due to weather. However, if unexpected weather significantly impacts your event, we may offer a discount toward a future rental.
Can rentals be set up in cold or windy conditions?
Deliveries are available when temperatures are above 40°F. For safety reasons, deliveries may be canceled if temperatures are forecasted below 40°F or winds exceed 15 mph.
Do you require a minimum order?
Yes, we have a $100 minimum order. Additional games or concessions can help meet the minimum if needed..
Are there any additional fees?
- Late pickup fees apply: $50 after 9 PM (June–August) and $50 after 8 PM (September–May).
- Same-day delivery (if available) is $50.
- Out-of-area deliveries may incur a $50 fee/ each additional 20 miles.
- Surface fee: – As of 5/25/26 we have started implementing a surface fee on waterslide units only. This only applies to waterslides that are not setup on grass-allow stakes. The cost is $5/ anchor point and will automatically calculate at checkout. If you reserved before this date you will not be charged.
Who handles setup and takedown?
Our trained staff will deliver, set up, and take down all rentals. You simply show us where you’d like the unit placed and sign the paperwork.
Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Cancellations made before the delivery date are free. We also allow free rescheduling based on availability. Same-day cancellations (without weather-related reasons) may require a driver fee. If severe weather is expected, cancellations within two hours of delivery may be allowed without penalty.
